Michael Jackson’s estate is contesting a court request by two men who accused him of childhood abuse to access private photos of the legendary icon.

Law enforcement investigating sexual assault claims may request descriptions of the suspect’s body to verify details from the accuser. So private photos were taken of Micheal Jackson by the police during his 2005 Case.

Two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who previously accused Michael Jackson of childhood sexual abuse, are involved in a new legal battle with Michael Jackson Estate. They have requested access to private photos of Jackson, which the Jackson estate is contesting.

It’s unclear why Jackson’s estate believes the men want to make these photos public. Their request to block the photos is based on a court order protecting Jackson’s privacy, according to a report.

The legal team argues the photos were taken against Jackson’s will during a closed investigation in 2005. They believe releasing the photos would be a further violation of Jackson’s privacy.

The accusations against Jackson were presented in the 2019 documentary “Leaving Neverland.”
