It was a joint post with her surgeon and the one who eventually handled this now tragic surgery Dr. Zach Okha. She started a countdown for the surgery till yesterday when she underwent the surgery. So she was still alive until that moment, it was from this point it became another surgical tragedy.

According to sources close to her, Jacky Oh died from Fat embolism a complication a post-surgical complication. it is rumored she woke up after the surgery but relapsed immediately after.

What is fat embolism? Fat Embolism is when fat that is gotten during Lipo and is transferred during BBL finds its way inter the bloodstream and blocks major arteries in the body and suffocating the heart.
